Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost
• After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipping stages
• Cancellation may not be possible once processing begins

Due to the nature of heavy equipment:

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Incorrect product selection

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos and/or videos showing:

• The damage
• Packaging condition
• Serial number

After verification, Terrogenix will provide one of the following:

• Replacement parts
• Repair assistance
• Partial refund
• Full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Refused shipments without prior approval will be treated as returns. In such cases:

• Return freight costs will be deducted
• Restocking and handling fees may apply
• Any associated charges will be deducted from the refund

Heavy equipment requires proper handling, planning, and compatibility checks. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed the product specifications
• The equipment meets your project requirements
• Delivery conditions are suitable
