Your machine arrives on a full-size freight truck, so before it ships please confirm:
Forklift unloading may be provided where it's required — this depends on the carrier and the conditions at your address, so call us if you're unsure.
If your location can't take a freight truck, we'll arrange delivery to your nearest freight terminal for pickup instead.

Yes — fully assembled. There's nothing to bolt together and no setup crew needed.
Your machine arrives with fuel, and the operator's manual and keys are included. Once it's off the truck and you've inspected it, you can put it to work.
Cancellations: free within 24 hours of purchase. After that your order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellation may not be possible — if we can still cancel it, a fee may apply to cover handling.
Returns: because of the nature of heavy equipment, all sales are final once the item has shipped. We accept returns only if the machine arrives damaged or defective — not for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong model.
